Privacy notice
Last updated 9 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information Medtech Incubator ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Medtech Incubator. You can contact us about privacy at hello@mtincubator.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical details of each visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- website hosting (DigitalOcean);
- email delivery for contact-form messages (Mailgun);
- our business email (Microsoft 365).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept on our website system for up to 24 months and then automatically deleted. A copy may also be kept in our business email as part of our normal records. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies
This website sets strictly necessary cookies — a session cookie and a security token — so the contact form works and can't be misused. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@mtincubator.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict our use of your information and to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
